To mark World Mental Health Day, students from our 5th Year Music class joined an event at Tallaght Library, with facilitator Luke Clerkin.
This special event sparked conversations around mental health, and highlighted the library's Healthy Ireland Mental Health book collection.
The event featured music performances from Luke Clerkin, poetry readings and special guests. Thanks to Mr Doyle for shaping this opportunity, to Luke for shaping the afternoon and well done to all who attended.
We also congratulate the Sixth years and Fifth years who supported the Mental Health Community Event in the local community centre here in Jobstown on the day. Thanks to Ms Doody for shaping students learning about mental health and wellbeing through secondary school and beyond into adulthood.
Well done to students who represented our school so well.
