This week our Fifth Year Leaving Cert students took part in a workshop at TUD, the Technical University Dublin.
The workshop focussed on applications of maths and was led by the TUD's School of Mathematics & Statistics.
The School of Mathematics & Statistics works closely with employers, graduates, students and communities to provide important mathematics and statistics education and skills to support local and wider global growth and development. TUD works with schools including Mount Seskin Community College to encourage understanding, appreciation and enjoyment of mathematics.
